Service StandardsThe Apply on your site, with SEEK APIs will be available 24/7 (excluding planned site outages and unforeseen circumstances).
Security
The APIs require TLS 1.2 or newer, and do not support weak ciphers from TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1.
The APIs are protected by OAuth 2.0 authentication. The OAuth 2.0 flows are the Authorization Code Flow (where candidate consent is required to grant access) and the Client Credentials Flow (where a Partner’s credentials are all that is required to grant access).
The Authorization Code Flow cannot be implemented within an iframe. SEEK employs preventative measures to protect our candidates from UI redress attacks.
Application Form URLAs part of the pre-fill request, The Application Form URL will be used in matching the request for SEEK Profile data with the Job Advertisement if it has been posted on SEEK. If a match is not found the optional position data will be used to display the candidate’s activity on the SEEK platform.
Application Form URL
This needs to be the exact same URL that is used when creating a Job Advertisement on SEEK.
SEEK uses this to find a matching SEEK Job Advertisement. If no Job Advertisement can be found, it is assumed that this application is for a non-SEEK Job Advertisement.
