Apply on your site, with SEEK
Client On-boardingApply on your site, with SEEK APIPlease find below an overview of the Apply on your site, with SEEK client on-boarding process to assist with any internal or customer queries you may receive once your integration is approved and available in market.
Apply on your site, with SEEK Client CriteriaSEEK has set criteria that clients must meet to qualify for Apply with SEEK. Apply on your site, with SEEK is available to customers who:
  • Meet the SEEK job advertisement threshold
  • Agree to SEEK’s one off set-up charge
  • Use a recruitment software provider which currently has an Apply with SEEK integration. This also applies if you are moving from one recruitment software provider that didn’t have an integration to one that does
Please note: this charge is not applicable if the customer currently uses the legacy link-out or Apply on your site, with SEEK solution for their job advertisements on SEEK
Client On-boarding ProcessClients need to discuss setting up Apply on your site, with SEEK with their SEEK Account Manager to ensure they meet the above criteria. Once this is established, the client will be instructed to send the following information to their dedicated SEEK Customer Service representative or CustomerService@seek.com.au:
  • Client name
  • Client SEEK account ID
  • Client redirect URI
  • Required API setup
  • Go-live date
Following this request, the SEEK Customer Service team will contact the client directly to gain written authorisation for a third party to interact with SEEK on their behalf. Once received, the required permissions will be set on the client’s SEEK account at the agreed date and time.Once permissions are activated, the SEEK Customer Service team will confirm this with the appropriate client and partner point of contact including any relevant setup details. At this stage, the API can be configured in the partner’s system. To ensure delivery of the best candidate experience it is important SEEK activates API permissions first. If partners configure the API prior to SEEK, an error message will surface when candidates click the Apply with SEEK button, thus negatively impacting their experience. If you have any further questions regarding the client on-boarding process, please contact the SEEK Customer Service team on 1300 658 700 or via our contact us form.
