Client On-boardingPlease find below an overview of SEEK’s client on-boarding process to assist with any internal or customer queries you may receive once your integration is approved and available in market.Client On-boarding ProcessPlease send the following information to API Support at APISupport@seek.com.au:
  • Client Name
  • Client SEEK Account ID
  • Required API setup
Following this request, API Support will contact the client directly to gain written authorisation for a third party to interact with SEEK on their behalf. Once received, the required permissions will be set on the client’s SEEK account at the agreed date and time.Once permissions are activated, API Support will confirm this with the appropriate client and partner point of contact including any relevant setup details. At this stage, the API can be configured in the partner’s system.Please note that the on-boarding process has a 24-hour turnaround time once authorisation has been received from the client.If you have any further questions regarding SEEK’s Advertiser APIs please don’t hesitate to contact the API Support Team.E: APISupport@seek.com.au
